Exercise can reverse dementia

At least in mice – but CSL Florey Medal recipient, Professor Perry Bartlett, says his team are gearing up to start human experiments next year.

“Too short or too long interestingly, & nothing happens, so there’s a sweet spot of exercise that's able to activate the new neurons & also result in this cognitive improvement.”
