From my observations, "NEM Time", used in the "Live Generation" feed, is Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) +4 minutes to -1 minute. E.g. "10:20 (NEM Time)", in the diagram at the top, means between 10:16 & 10:21 AEST.
