The Internet: everything you ever need to know

Very bold claim.  Does it deliver?  If you read the article, expecting an answer to questions such as, "Why won't my email program do ... ?" or, "Can I use FTP for ... ?" you will be disappointed.

So, what does this article provide?  To quote the author: '... a framework for seeing the phenomenon "in the round", as it were, and might even serve as an antidote to the fevered extrapolation that often passes for commentary on developments in cyberspace.'

Definitely worth a read when you have 15 minutes!
