Library of Congress digs in to full archive of 170 billion tweets

"It took four years to hit 21 billion tweets. Now Twitter users generate nearly half a billion a day, & the Library of Congress will be archiving & indexing all of them."

So far, those 170 billion tweets occupy about 133 Terabytes & growing.
