How to enable Emoji on iPad for free

Access to the Emoji character set on the iPad is inconvenient at best.  But an easy, free solution is at hand:

1. Search the App Store for "Emoji Free!"

2. Download/install.

3. Execute.

4. Follow the instructions.

5. Easy.
