Ensuring the next Samsung phone doesn’t explode

Samsung’s Note 7 was a disaster, from both a financial, & a public relations point of view.1 Samsung has to get its next range of premium phones right. Measures taken include delaying the announcement from February to March, & sourcing batteries from multiple suppliers.
