Samsung Galaxy S IV will let you scroll websites with your eyes

This article talks about the hardware required.  My guess is that the front camera will be up to the task, with some clever software.  Size of the image of the eye won't be a problem, because, although the front camera is only 2 megapixels, when the screen is being read, it's always within arms length.

A wallet in your back pocket can be uncomfortable, even painful when sitting on it for hours as when driving.  Can even cause back problems.  And it can be an invitation to pickpockets as well.

So you put it in a front pocket where it can be almost as uncomfortable, & competes for space with your phone.

Or, use your belt buckle as your wallet:

The, "diesel engine that can potentially be run on ethanol", is a bit of a puzzle.  Ethanol has a very high octane rating.  Diesel fuel has a very low octane rating, so that it can be ignited without the need for a spark, by compression alone.  Perhaps the idea is a buyer option of either an ethanol or diesel engine.
