Claimed advantages of Redflow's flow cell include:
● tolerant of daily full cycle (100-0%) charge-discharge – don't try that with lead, nickel or lithium based batteries
● well suited to a heavy workload● less loss of capacity through its lifetime than other chemistries
● doesn’t need active cooling
● sleep mode with zero self-discharge [sic]
