Australian ISPs propose copyright support scheme
Around the world, copyright holders are attempting to make ISPs responsible for copyright material passing through their infrastructure. Courts are generally finding that ISPs are not responsible, although results have been mixed. A group of Australian ISPs have proposed an education-based scheme:
