Libraries in Toronto are lending portable WiFi hotspots

Google Canada is partnering with the City of Toronto to lend portable WiFi hotspots, through six of its libraries, all located in low-income areas.

A recent Canadian Radio-Television & Telecommunications Commission survey found that 11 per cent of Canadians had no home internet service.
