Apple, "leaving money on the table" if it doesn't release an iphablet?

"Phablet" is a phone with a screen so large, it is almost a tablet. Most prominently, the Samsung Galaxy Note II with a 5.5 inch screen. The market for this format has been predicted to expand over 8 times by 2015.
