Update 05Feb2013: free up memory function doesn't work without an Internet connection. This is understandable in the free, ad supported version, but is not acceptable in the paid version.
iOS device running slow? Could be running low on RAM memory. Solution:
1. Get Memory 100% Pro, $0.99 from the App Store:

2. Execute the app
3. Press the [Optimize] button
4. Watch as the app frees up memory

XSysInfo, a cautionary tale:
A similar app called XSysInfo was available briefly, some time ago. It had only been available for a short time, before Apple demanded an update without the free up memory function. Soon after, it was removed from the app store.
What to do?
1. Download Memory 100% now.
2. Be careful about updating. As indicated above, previous experience indicates that an update without the free up memory function is likely to appear soon. / free wired active inactive disc disk storage /
