Nokia takes Apple to task over nano-SIM proposal: "does not meet all of the pre-agreed requirements"

Apple has designed a nano-SIM which requires a tray because it doesn't add any cost to their phones. Why is this? iPhone's have a fixed battery. This allows them to shrink their phones a little. Other phone manufacturers take the size hit for the removable battery & put the SIM in the area opened up by the battery door. Apple doesn't have a battery door, so where to put the SIM? ... In a tray!
