- Model S luxury sedan (pre-production examples have already been demonstrated);
- Model X crossover;
- SUV;

- cabriolet;
- new roadster in 2015, built on a shortened Model S chassis; &

Many articles are reporting a new technology which promises 10 minute charging for electric vehicles. Variously, it is described as a new charger, a new type of electrode for lithium ion batteries & a capacitor with improved storage capability.

Extreme weather: the good news & the bad
An examination of severe weather events between 1900 & 2010 has shown a huge increase. E.g. 2.5 per year in the 1920s; 350 per year in the past decade!
Good news is that the number of deaths has fallen.
